These Terms and Conditions apply to all members who register and use the xxx77 platform. Reading through them before you create your account is the best way to make sure you know exactly what to expect from the service — and what's expected of you as a member.

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use xxx77. Age verification is part of the KYC process and is required before withdrawals are processed. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed.
Each person may hold only one xxx77 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected under the same identity, all accounts involved may be suspended and balances reviewed pending investigation.

Your account login credentials — mobile number, password, and OTP codes — are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person. xxx77 will never ask you to share your full password. All activity that occurs while your credentials are authenticated is considered to be your activity, and you accept responsibility for it.
KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process involving submission of a government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, a selfie verification step. Full details are available in the Cashier section of your account.
All deposits to your xxx77 account are made in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) through the payment channels listed in your account's Cashier section. Supported channels include Philippine online and mobile banking and local e-wallets. Cryptocurrency and credit card deposits are not accepted.
Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account on your behalf — are not permitted. Accounts receiving third-party deposits may be flagged for review and the relevant funds held pending investigation.
xxx77 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit.
Deposited funds are credited to your account balance promptly once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment system. xxx77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure.
Withdrawals are processed in ₱ PHP to a verified Philippine bank account or supported e-wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Subsequent withdrawals do not require re-verification unless account details change or a specific review is triggered.
The xxx77 Game Lobby includes slots, live casino table games, eBingo, sports betting, online poker, and fishing games. Each game type operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or room lobby.
All bets are placed in ₱ PHP. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant game engine or live dealer process — xxx77 does not intervene in individual game results.
For sports betting: markets are subject to change or suspension before or during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned. Settlement is based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the recognised governing body.
For live casino: the result of the live dealer's action — card deal, wheel spin, or dice roll — is final once it is declared by the dealer. Technical malfunctions during a live session will result in the affected round being voided and stakes returned.
xxx77 may offer bonuses, cashback arrangements, or other promotional benefits to members from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made or visible in the account's applicable promotion section.
Any specific percentage amounts, wagering requirements, expiry periods, or eligibility criteria for a promotion are set out in that promotion's own terms. Where these Terms and a specific promotion's terms conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for the relevant offer.
xxx77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including for individual accounts where abuse is suspected. Circumventing promotional terms — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once — constitutes abuse and will result in the cancellation of the relevant benefit and a review of the account involved.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xxx77 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of associated balances:
If you encounter a glitch or pricing error on the platform, you are required to report it through your account's support channel rather than taking advantage of it. Knowingly benefiting from such errors may result in account review and balance adjustment.
xxx77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to member misconduct, any verified balance will be refunded to the member's registered payment method.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support through the account settings. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game rules.
xxx77's Responsible Gaming policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you agree to abide by the principles set out on the Responsible Gaming page.
The platform provides tools for deposit limits, temporary account breaks, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available to any member at any time through account settings and do not require justification or approval. xxx77 encourages members to use them proactively.
The platform does not promise, imply, or guarantee winning outcomes. All results are subject to the inherent variance of the games and betting markets involved. Members are solely responsible for managing their own gaming budgets, time spent playing, and the personal impact of any losses.
xxx77 collects, stores, and processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through the support channel in your account settings.
